Local Kurash competitions were held among 120 athletes at the Esteqlal Project in Mazar-e-Sharif city.
Based on sources, These local competitions were organized by the federation’s provincial representative in cooperation with the directorate of Physical education and sports of Balkh Province.
The event took place yesterday ( Friday) at the Esteqlal Project in Mazar-e-Sharif, the capital of Balkh province.
In these competitions, 40 pairs of athletes ended in a draw, while 40 other athletes defeated their opponents and claimed the prizes.
Meanwhile, the competition was held at one night with the aim of promoting and strengthening the sport of Kurash and providing healthy recreation for the residents of the province.
