Seizure of Illegal Weapons in Helmand
Zaland Haqqani, the spokesperson for the Helmand Provincial Police Command, said, that counter-terrorism forces in the province have over the past month successfully discovered several illegal weapons during multiple intelligence operations in the district centers of Helmand.
According to Mr, Haqqani, the seized ammunition includes 5 Kalashnikov rifles, 8 pistols, 2 PK machine guns, one radio communication device, and 2,000 rounds of various types of ammunition.
