Hashmatullah Rahmani, spokesperson for the Samangan Provincial Government, said that security forces in the province arrested two individuals in connection with the use of methamphetamine (shisha) and another person on charges of drug trafficking in the city of Aybak, the provincial capital.

According to Mr. Rahmani, the detainees are currently under investigation, and after the preparation and completion of their case files, they will be referred to judicial and legal institutions.
