Hafiz Mohammad Basharat, spokesperson for the Kabul governor's office, stated that during the blessed days of Eid al-Adha, all service departments under the leadership of the Kabul governorate will remain on full alert. They will continuously provide essential services such as transportation, traffic management, healthcare, drinking water, and other necessities to the citizens.

According to Mr. Basharat, the Kabul governorate, in coordination with the relevant departments, will ensure urban order and public welfare throughout the days of Eid.
