Sources from the 201st Khalid bin Walid Corps reported that during a series of reconnaissance operations across various areas in the eastern zone, security forces seized a Ranger vehicle along with 60 light and heavy weapons. The cache includes DShK heavy machine guns, PK machine guns, Kalashnikov rifles, M-16s, Dragunov sniper rifles, and pistols.

According to the sources, the operations also led to the discovery of 250 kilograms of gunpowder, 2 rockets, 4 radio communication sets, 2 night-vision devices, 4 daytime optical scopes, 8 hand grenades, a quantity of narcotics, hundreds of various types of ammunition, and several electronic devices.
