Gholam Nabi Nabizadeh, spokesperson for the Herat Provincial Police Command, said that the forces stationed at the Islam Qala border are working around the clock to ensure security, facilitate administrative processes, transfer migrants and patients, and distribute hot meals.

According to Mr. Nabizada, these efforts aim to provide swift responses and better services to the returning migrants.
