Intensified Efforts in Daikundi; 18 More Addicts Received Treatment
Ghulam Ali Javid, spokesperson for the Daikundi provincial police command, stated that as part of the ongoing anti-drug campaign in Daikundi province, 18 drug addicts from the provincial center and districts have been identified and transferred to the 200-bed support camp for treatment.
According to Mr. Javid, this action is part of the third week of the addict collection program, carried out under the leadership’s directives and the policy of the country’s Anti-Narcotics Directorate. The total number of addicts referred to this center has now reached 160.
