A delegation from the General Directorate of Oversight and Implementation of Decrees and Orders, based in the capital, met and held discussions with Sheikh Mawlawi Noor Ahmad Islamjar, the Governor of Herat.

Mufti Mohammad Yousuf Saeedi, spokesperson for the governor’s office, said that the visiting delegation stated the purpose of their trip was to assess the process of monitoring and practical implementation of the esteemed decrees of Amir al-Mu’minin (Hafizullah) across various departments in Herat province. 

On other side, they also called for comprehensive cooperation from local authorities to ensure the effective and accurate enforcement of these decrees.

In response, Governor Sheikh Mawlana Islamjar expressed his appreciation for the delegation's visit and assured them of full cooperation from the local administration in the flawless execution of the respected Amir’s decrees.

Additionally, the Governor also emphasized that the proper implementation of decrees requires thorough oversight, continuous follow-up, and coordinated efforts among all institutions.
