Sayed Tayeb Hamad, spokesperson for the Nangarhar Police Command, said, that the Traffic Management Department is continuing its awareness program for individuals applying for legal driving licenses.

Hamad added that dozens of applicants are participating in this initiative, which aims to provide a clear understanding of traffic rules before issuing licenses.

According to Mr. Hamad, the applicants undergo a 15-day training schedule covering topics such as traffic regulations, urban order, proper road usage, and ways to prevent traffic accidents.

This process is considered an important step toward legal compliance and is expected to have a positive impact on reducing traffic incidents.
