During the visit, which was attended by Mullah Abdul Razzaq Rashid, police commander of Balkh, Mawlawi Ahmad Zia Khalid, head of security at the police headquarters, and several security officials, the governor shared his views, advice, and necessary recommendations with the authorities.

In his speech, the governor emphasized the importance of effective efforts to improve security, strengthen public order, and provide better services to the people. He also appreciated the police headquarters’ activities, especially in the areas of discipline, police morale, and commitment to the rule of law.

However, this visit was aimed at enhancing cooperation and coordination between the provincial leadership and security officials.
