In the United Cricket Ground of Mazar-e-Sharif, Balkh province, the first match of the 2025 Inter-Club Tournament was held in a 40-over format between the Balkh Academy and Ebrahim Khil teams.

In the first innings, the Balkh Academy team scored 215 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted 40 overs, setting a target of 216 runs for the opposing team.

In response, the Ebrahim Khil team successfully chased down the target, scoring 217 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 32.1 overs, securing their first victory in the tournament.

In batting, the standout performances for Ebrahim Khil came from Sultan Ebrahim Khil with 51 runs, Satar Kakar with 44, and Naveed Ayobi with 36.
