The police of the 9th security district of Herat’s police command have arrested three individuals who were caught stealing from people using two passenger rickshaws equipped with anesthetic substances in various densely populated areas of the city.

During the arrests in the district's jurisdiction, the police recovered one pistol, two stolen rickshaws, and 720,000 Afghanis in cash from the suspects. They are currently under the supervision of security forces.
