Youth from the Northern Zone Begin Visit to Southeastern Provinces for "Unity and a United Afghanistan"
A large group of youth from five northern provinces of Afghanistan Samangan, Jawzjan, Faryab, Sar-e Pul, and Mazar-e-Sharif have begun a journey to the southeastern provinces under the theme of “Unity and a United Afghanistan.”
During a gathering in Paktia, Sheikh Saleh Mohammad Faqir, head of the Paktia Ulema Council, stated that with the arrival of the Islamic Emirate, unity and solidarity among nations and ethnic groups have strengthened — with this visit by northern youth serving as a strong example of that unity.
In his remarks, Mawlawi Noorullah Mumtaz, Chief of Staff of the Paktia Governor’s Office, said that the leadership and officials of the Islamic Emirate are committed to uniting all ethnic groups and youth of the country and bringing them together. He emphasized that such initiatives help eliminate prejudice and division.
Mawlawi Sawab Jan Islamyar, Head of Paktia’s Department of Information and Culture, said that his department is tirelessly working to support youth and that trips like this help further strengthen unity among ethnic groups and young people.
Meanwhile, the youth from the northern provinces stressed the importance of such trips for fostering national unity. also they said, that now it is time for youth to stand united and end all types of division. They described their trip to the southeastern zone as historic and full of achievements, with the aim of strengthening brotherhood, promoting unity, and eliminating linguistic and ethnic differences.
Residents of Paktia welcomed the youth from the north, offering full hospitality and emphasizing that the north and south are part of one Afghan nation and no one can divide them.
It is worth noting that a similar visit had recently been made by youth from the southeastern provinces to the northern zone with the same objective.
