Farid Dehqan, the spokesperson for the Kunar Provincial Police Command, says that the Deputy for Security Affairs of the province, Mawlawi Nematullah Hamidi, visited security zones and checkpoints in Asadabad city during the night to further strengthen security and maintain public order.

According to Mr. Dehqan, during the inspections, the security deputy held separate discussions with the checkpoint officials, appreciated their efforts, and also provided essential security recommendations.

He further added that the security deputy emphasized the importance of a visible presence of security forces, proper conduct with the public, and the serious implementation of procedures for inspecting suspicious individuals in order to ensure a safe environment in the city and protect the public from any potential threats.
