Former Head of Balkh Information and Culture Dies in Traffic Incident
Saleh Mohammad Khaliq, the former Director of Information and Culture for Balkh province and a well-known poet and writer, has died in a traffic accident in Balkh.
His passing is considered a great loss for the country’s literary and cultural community.
