One-Day Volleyball Tournament Held Between Four Provinces in Mazar-e-Sharif

Hamid Gul Lewal, spokesperson for the Department of Sports and Olympics in Balkh province, said that a one-day volleyball tournament was held in Mazar-e-Sharif city, organized by the local branch of the Volleyball Federation, featuring teams from Kabul, Khost, Jawzjan, and Balkh provinces.

According to him, the final match was contested between the "Haji Raees" team from Balkh and the Kabul team, where the Haji Raees team defeated Kabul 1–0 and secured the championship title.

Afghanistan’s national under-17 futsal team has won the Asian Championship

Afghanistan’s national under-17 futsal team has become the champion of the 2025 Asian Youth Championship after defeating Iran. In the final match, Afghanistan’s U-17 futsal team triumphed over Iran with a score of 2–1, securing the gold medal in the tournament. Basically, this marks Afghanistan’s first-ever championship title in the history of the U-17 Asian Futsal competitions.
