Seizure of 17 Vehicles Due to Traffic Violations on the Mazar-Kabul Highway
The Traffic Police of Balkh Province, on Saturday, carried out a control operation along the Mazar-e-Sharif – Kabul highway, during which 17 vehicles were stopped and transferred to the department's headquarters for violating traffic regulations, including overloading, carrying excess passengers, and lacking valid documentation.
Meanwhile, this operation was conducted under the direction of Mawlawi Mohammad Awaz (Wasiq), the Director of Traffic for Balkh Province, and led by Mujahid Sayed Gul (Sayedi), the Highway Traffic Commander.
Officials stated that the purpose of this action was to reduce potential risks and prevent traffic accidents on the roads.
