Environmental Monitoring in Kabul, Ghor, and Badakhshan
The provincial directorates of environmental protection in Kabul, Ghor, and Badakhshan today carried out inspections of several commercial centers, healthcare facilities, factories, and various businesses.
In Kabul, hotels, clinics, markets, construction companies, and manufacturing plants were inspected, and for those operating without permits, written commitments were taken to obtain environmental licenses.
In Ghor, inspections were conducted at a mineral water purification company and motorcycle repair shops, and five environmental licenses were distributed.
In Badakhshan, a public bathhouse in Faizabad was reviewed, and its owner was instructed to align activities with environmental guidelines.
Based on reports, the Environmental Protection Authority emphasized that all businesses must comply with environmental regulations in order to prevent pollution and ensure a healthy environment for citizens.
