Palestine will be recognized by Belgium at the United Nations General Assembly
Belgian Foreign Minister Maxim Provo announced that his country will recognize Palestine at the United Nations General Assembly.
Reuters reported this morning (Tuesday, September 11) that Mr. Provo shared Belgium’s decision in this regard.
The Belgian Foreign Minister emphasized that his country will join the signatories of the "New York Declaration," a move that paves the way for the establishment of two states (an independent Palestinian state and Israel) to live peacefully side by side.
