People in Dewa Gul Valley pleased with health services provided by Kunar Police Command for earthquake victims
The Health Department teams of Kunar Police Command have intensified their activities in Dewa Gul Valley to deliver rapid medical services to areas affected by the earthquake.
According to Dr. Abdul Rahman Abid, head of the department, immediately after the earthquake, and under the direct instruction of Police Commander Alhaj Mawlawi Ziaulhaq Hamed, medical teams were dispatched to the area to treat the injured, provide primary care for patients, and offer public health advice.
However, Dr. Abid further added: “We are striving to reduce people’s pain through comprehensive health services and to stand by them.”
Local residents said, that the activities of these medical teams bring great hope in difficult times. People are pleased with the continuation of these services and have praised the initiative of the police command.
Additionally, these efforts demonstrate that alongside ensuring security, special attention is also being paid to public health, aiming to strengthen not only safety but also social well-being.
