Donald Trump, the President of the United States, has announced that three people were killed in a U.S. military attack on another Venezuelan boat in international waters.

According to Al Jazeera, the boat was reportedly carrying drugs.

This comes after the U.S. military had previously attacked another Venezuelan boat in the Caribbean Sea on charges of drug trafficking, which left 11 people dead.
