Hashmatullah Rahmani, spokesperson for Samangan police, said four drug addicts who had earlier been collected from the provincial capital by the counter-narcotics department have completed treatment at the 30-bed clinic in Hazrat Sultan district and returned to their families.

Mr. Rahamani added, that two other addicts have recently been taken into care and referred to the rehabilitation centre for treatment.
