Selection martial arts competition in “Hosharafu” style held in Kapisa

Abdul Aziz Nazari, spokesperson for the Kapisa governor, said a three-day selection martial arts competition in the “Hosharafu” style was held at the “Rig Rawaan” gymnasium in Mahmood Raqi city with the participation of 40 athletes.


Mr. Nazari further added, the event aimed to identify the best fighters in the province, and at the end of the competition, 21 athletes were selected for Kapisa’s provincial “Hosharafu” team.

Afghanistan’s national under-17 futsal team has won the Asian Championship

Afghanistan’s national under-17 futsal team has become the champion of the 2025 Asian Youth Championship after defeating Iran. In the final match, Afghanistan’s U-17 futsal team triumphed over Iran with a score of 2–1, securing the gold medal in the tournament. Basically, this marks Afghanistan’s first-ever championship title in the history of the U-17 Asian Futsal competitions.
