Execution of a Man on Charges of Spying for Israel

Tasnim News Agency has reported that Iran executed a man named Bahman Choubi-Asl this morning (Monday) on charges of spying for the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad.


According to the report, he was a database specialist who had infiltrated sensitive Iranian telecommunications projects through a private company.

Trump threatened the Nigerian government with military action

Syrian President Ahmed Shar’ah is expected to visit Washington

The U.S. Special Envoy for Syria, Tom Barrack, has said that Syrian President Ahmed Shar’ah is expected to visit Washington. Reuters reported that this would be the first visit of a Syrian leader to the U.S. capital. According to a White House official, the visit is expected to take place around November 10. Meanwhile, Syrian officials have also stated that the visit is anticipated within the next two weeks.
