Wave of global support for Palestine continues, protests ongoing in many cities

Protests in support of Palestine and against the war in Gaza and Israeli attacks have intensified in many countries.


People took to the streets in the Canary Islands, Paris, Dublin, Madrid, Toronto, and Tunis.

In Tel Aviv, over 100,000 people participated in a march demanding an agreement for a prisoner exchange.


In the United Kingdom, police arrested 442 protesters, and Spain’s Athletic Bilbao football team also expressed its support for Palestine.

The United States is facing hunger under Trump’s leadership

Trump threatened the Nigerian government with military action

U.S. President Donald Trump, in response to what he described as the massacre of Christians in Nigeria, has warned the Nigerian government that Washington may cut aid and cooperation, and that U.S. military forces could be deployed to Nigeria. Trump made this statement early today (Sunday, November 1) in a message on his social media platform, Truth Social. The former president urged the Nigerian government to stop the killings of Christians in the country and ordered the Pentagon to be prepared for a potential action in Nigeria.

Syrian President Ahmed Shar’ah is expected to visit Washington

The U.S. Special Envoy for Syria, Tom Barrack, has said that Syrian President Ahmed Shar’ah is expected to visit Washington. Reuters reported that this would be the first visit of a Syrian leader to the U.S. capital. According to a White House official, the visit is expected to take place around November 10. Meanwhile, Syrian officials have also stated that the visit is anticipated within the next two weeks.
