Successful Night Camping Program Held on Alka Mountain

Momin Sarwari, head of the Mountaineering Federation of Balkh Province, said that the night camping program was successfully held at an altitude of 1,600 meters on Alka Mountain.


According to him, the program took place on the 8th and 9th of October this year, with the participation of five climbers from the Etihad Balkh team, led by Dr. Khushal Safi, the federation’s administrative deputy.


The head of the federation stated that the purpose of the program was to practice night camping, conduct nighttime rescue training, acclimatize to the mountain environment, and strengthen the climbers physically.

Afghanistan’s national under-17 futsal team has won the Asian Championship

Afghanistan’s national under-17 futsal team has become the champion of the 2025 Asian Youth Championship after defeating Iran. In the final match, Afghanistan’s U-17 futsal team triumphed over Iran with a score of 2–1, securing the gold medal in the tournament. Basically, this marks Afghanistan’s first-ever championship title in the history of the U-17 Asian Futsal competitions.
