Qari Mohammad Ayoub Khalid, the former governor of Badakhshan, has been appointed as the commander of the 215 Al-Azm Army Corps

The spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid, announced that by the order of the leadership, Qari Mohammad Ayoub Khalid, the former governor of Badakhshan, has been appointed as the commander of the 215 Al-Azm Army Corps.


Mr. Mujahid wrote on X that Mullah Sharafuddin Taqi, the former commander of the 215 Al-Azm Corps in Helmand, has been appointed as the commander of the 217 Omari Army Corps, while Mullah Amanuddin Mansoor, the former commander of the 217 Omari Corps, has been appointed as the governor of Helmand.


According to the statement, Mawlawi Mohammad Ismail, the former deputy of border affairs at the Ministry of Borders and Tribal Affairs, has been appointed as the governor of Badakhshan, and Mawlawi Enayatullah Shuja, the former governor of Uruzgan, has been appointed as the deputy for border affairs at the same ministry.


Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid also stated that Mawlawi Abdul Rahman Kondozi, the former governor of Helmand, has been appointed as the governor of Uruzgan.

Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid: U.S. drones enter Afghanistan’s airspace using Pakistan’s airspace

The spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid, has said that U.S. drones enter Afghanistan’s airspace using Pakistan’s airspace. Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid stated that the Islamic Emirate’s negotiation team has also asked the Pakistani side not to allow its airspace to be used against Afghanistan. However, Zabihullah Mujahid added that the Pakistani side has gone back on its commitment in this regard.

Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani’s material and moral appreciation and considered it a great reassurance for the future, knowing that they have the attention and support of such leaders.

Mujahid’s reaction to Pakistan’s Defense Minister’s remarks: Khawaja Asif’s authority is limited to X

The spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid, stated that they will never respond to statements made by Khawaja Asif, as he holds no authority and his influence is limited to Twitter. Mr. Mujahid added: "We know that Pakistan does not want war, and even the political parties there are not in favor of conflict. Since they do not want war, we do not favor it either." These remarks by the Islamic Emirate’s spokesperson come after Pakistan’s Defense Minister Khawaja Asif recently made comments regarding the continuation of conflict with Afghanistan.
