Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs: The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan pays special attention to industrial growth
Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, said today at the inauguration ceremony of the second phase of Kabul Steel Smelting Company in the Herat Industrial Park that the Islamic Emirate pays special attention to industrial growth and has therefore launched major projects for domestic power generation and electricity import.
He added that under the rule of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, regional countries and many others around the world have taken practical steps to expand economic relations with Afghanistan, and these efforts are continuing to grow.
It is worth mentioning that 20 million USD has been invested in the second phase of Kabul Steel Smelting Company, which has the capacity to process 500 tons of iron per day.
