Over the past two weeks, large quantities of smuggled goods have been seized in several provinces of the country
The Ministry of Finance reports that mobile inspection staff of its General Directorate of Customs have discovered and seized large quantities of smuggled goods in the provinces of Kandahar, Nimroz, and Helmand over the past two weeks.
According to the ministry, the seized items included medicines, chocolate, salt, beans, powdered milk, clothing, dates, and several other goods.
