Sources added, that after 15 continuous hours of negotiations in Istanbul, Turkey, the Afghan delegation submitted a final draft to the Pakistani side around 2 AM yesterday.

According to the sources, the draft emphasizes that Pakistan must not violate Afghanistan’s land or airspace and should not allow any group or opposition to use its territory against Afghanistan.

The document also expresses readiness to establish a four-party channel to monitor and follow up on the ceasefire agreement, ensuring violations are assessed and information is exchanged.

Sources further added that the draft was delivered to both sides by the mediators, and around 6 AM, Pakistan submitted a second version.

The two delegations are scheduled to meet again today at 12 PM, in the presence of mediators, to attempt to reach a final agreement.
