Former Pakistani Special Envoy to Afghanistan, Asif Durrani, has called negotiations between the two countries the best way to resolve tensions.

He emphasized the continuation of talks between Kabul and Islamabad, stating that even if these discussions extend to 30 rounds, they should never be rejected.

However, Asif Durrani wrote on X that the best way to resolve the current deadlock is to continue negotiations, and neighboring countries should never refuse dialogue.

This comes after the third round of talks between Afghan and Pakistani delegations in Istanbul ended inconclusively yesterday due to unreasonable proposals from the Pakistani side.
