Iran will hold a meeting to resolve tensions between Kabul and Islamabad
Saeed Khatibzadeh, Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran, told a Russian media outlet that his country will hold a meeting in mid-December to resolve tensions between Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Mr. Khatibzadeh added that all neighboring countries, including Russia and China, will participate in the meeting.
Meanwhile, the Iranian official said the agenda of the meeting will include discussing key regional issues and supporting Afghanistan’s stability through regional mechanisms.
