The leader of the Islamic Emirate, Sheikh Hibatullah Akhundzada, speaking at a two-day training seminar held in Kandahar for officials, members, and scholars of the provincial jurisprudential councils, told the scholars not to oppose one another, not to conceal the truth, and to strive to resolve others’ disputes.

Hamdullah Fitrat, the deputy spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, wrote on his X page that Sheikh Hibatullah Akhundzada instructed the scholars and officials to first implement the decrees issued by the Islamic Emirate upon themselves, and then convey them to others.
