Vladimir Putin: Warns about the possibility of a military conflict between Europe and Moscow
Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued a fresh warning about a potential military conflict between Europe and Moscow, emphasizing that such a war would leave no room for mediation in Europe.
In response to reporters’ questions yesterday, Putin said, “If Europe starts a war, the outcome will be so swift and extensive that Russia will not even find a mediator for negotiations.”
He stressed that Moscow does not seek a war with Europe, but if a conflict occurs, the nature of the potential war will change.
These remarks come as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine nears its fourth year, with Kyiv stating that the war continues with the support of European and Western allies.
