Hekmatullah Shamim the spokesperson of Parwan provincial authority said, that Parwan governor Mufti Muhammad Edris Anvari has met Al-Haj Mawlavi Najibullah Hayat Haqani the supervisor of the ministry of telecommunication network. Also in this session other networks had been requested in this province. 

Shamim added to statement, that the supervisor of telecommunication networ had been intended 11 telecommunication networks. 

That is while 6 networks had intended and 5 networks were intended as a result of the suggestion of the provincial authorities.
