Four Development Projects Inaugurated in Mazar-i-Sharif, the Capital of Balkh Province
Officials from the Municipality of Mazar-e-Sharif announced, that four development projects in two districts of Mazar-e-Sharif, the capital of Balkh province, have been inaugurated. and The total cost of these projects is nearly 14 million Afghanis.
Further more, Mohammad Javid Mayar, Head of the Sectoral and Technical Department of Mazar-e-Sharif Municipality, stated that the projects include the widening of Nasirkhosrow Balkhi Road, Baba Qambar Road, Karte Mamureen Road, and the construction of a 1,250-meter fence from Sefid Mosque to the Journalists’ Square. These projects have been funded by the municipality’s development budget.
