Officials Held a Meeting in Nangarhar to Control Prices and Prevent Hoarding
Yesterday, the Provincial Commission for Price Control and Prevention of Hoarding in Nangarhar held a meeting chaired by Deputy Governor Mawlawi Azizullah Mustafa. The meeting was attended by the head of the Electricity Department, other commission members, and representatives of the Ice Factories Union.
During the meeting, detailed discussions were held to reduce electricity outages, and the existing problems faced by the Ice Factories Union were closely examined.
Meanwhile, the head of the Electricity Department assured that a new plan has been developed to reduce outages, which will provide the ice factories with ten continuous hours of electricity.
Additionally, to regulate and control ice prices, the commission discussed the preparation of a price list. Based on precise analysis and calculations by the commission members, a suitable and fair price list was formulated.
