The spokesperson for the Mazar-e-Sharif municipality said, that in order to promote progress, prosperity, and the beauty of the city, renovation and beautification work has started on the roundabout in front of the southern gate of Rawza Mubarak, carried out by the municipality in cooperation with the private sector.

Mustafa Mohammadi, spokesperson for the municipality, adds that the renovation project includes installing metal fences, decorative lights, stonework, construction of a water fountain, painting, and greening of flowerpots. The work is expected to be completed within one month and put into operation.
