Hashmatullah Rahmani, spokesperson for the Samangan Police Command, said, that based on the directive of the esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin, (Hafizullah) food supplies were distributed to more than 110 needy families in the province.

According to him, these families had previously been identified by the assigned committee, and in the presence of provincial authorities and security officials, they received flour, rice, cooking oil, and other essential items.
