According to a statement released by the provincial administration, Zabihullah Nasih, head of youth affairs, said that volunteer youths from Alishing district organized the distribution of flour to displaced families who had recently arrived in the district.

The statement added, that the aid was handed over to the 40 displaced families by the provincial director of Information and Culture, Mullah Abdul Noor Rasooli, along with several other officials.

Meanwhile, Mullah Abdul Noor Rasooli said that his department has been holding various gatherings across all districts to promote intellectual development among youth, encourage cooperation, and strengthen a spirit of humanitarian assistance—adding that the youth of Alishing serve as a strong example of these efforts.
