Construction projects for retaining walls, culverts, and roads have begun in Farah
According to a statement sent to Police Radio by the Farah provincial administration, the Department of Rural Rehabilitation and Development has launched several infrastructure projects in Parchaman district.
The statement says that these projects include the construction of a 100-meter-long and 2.5-meter-high retaining wall, culverts, and various roads, at a total cost of 22 million and 133 thousand Afghanis.
It added that the projects are expected to be completed within six months and will provide employment opportunities for 786 local youths.
