National Procurement Commission approves 562 projects over the past three years
Mullah Hamdullah Fetrat, Deputy Spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, said that over the past three years the National Procurement Commission has approved 562 projects worth 130.6 billion Afghanis in 33 sessions.
He added that more than five billion Afghanis have been saved in the contracts for these projects.
Mr. Fetrat emphasized that these projects are designed to achieve balanced development across the provinces and are based on the needs of the people, with priority given to using domestic products during implementation.
He said the projects are being carried out in sectors including reconstruction, agriculture, health, electricity, transport, drinking water, urban infrastructure, telecommunications, and others.
