Feraidon Samim the spokesman of Noristan province quoting from the  directorate of Petroleum officials, he said: in cost of 15,5 million Afghanis the precious stones ( Biroj ) had sold, so the process of selling was transparent. 

Also source added, these stones have extracted from center of province. So these stones are sold in Diwa district through the free competition. 

It is important to share, that recently the precious stones had been sold through free competition.
