Haji Zaid the Balkh province’s spokesman quoting the directorate of martyrs and disabled said, 

That the directorate of martyrs and disabled by the assistance of charity foundation had been distributed (2 million 400 thousand 92 Afghanis) monetary aids for (147) martyrs families, disabled people and people in need. 

Meanwhile the charitable work has distributed in the presence of Balkh governor Al-Haj Mullah Muhammad Yusuf Wafa. 

It is mentionable that the monetary aids distributed for (70) widows and disabled families and (77) orphans families. 

Also Haji Zaid added, that the distributed aids had distributed (18) thousand Afghanis for each widows and disabled families and (16) thousand Afghanis for orphans families that can solve their problems.
